Tutti Mangia Italian Grill, founded by Claremont's well-known family man, Ed Inglese, and his brother-in-law, Jim Hermanson, offers a delicately composed menu of Italian Cuisine with global influences. The pair have built a brand of excellence with Tutti Mangia and it's two sister restaurants, Spaghetti Eddie's in Glendora and Eddie's Italian Eatery in Claremont.

FROM THE BEGINNING

Inglese began his restaurant career by earning a degree from Cal Poly Pomona’s respected Hotel & Restaurant Management Program in the early 80’s. The inspiration to run his own restaurant was shaped by a visit to First Street Bar & Grill located in idyllic Downtown Claremont. Shortly after that memorable visit, Inglese teamed up with Hermanson in 1985 to open a small pizza takeout establishment in Glendora. The menu included traditional pizzas and pastas, but with a flavor profile that had more depth than one would expect from a typical mom and pop Italian restaurant. Today, it has become Spaghetti Eddie’s Cucina Italiana and is a staple in the Glendora Community. 

 

After 10 successful years in Glendora, Inglese and Hermanson were ready for a more elegant setting and envisioned a restaurant that would focus on the quality of the product at the center of the plate accompanied by only the freshest of ingredients. In the Summer of 1996, Inglese heard of an available restaurant location in the heart of Claremont Village. At the time, it was a Chinese restaurant, but when Inglese walked in he was immediately taken back 13 years to the old First Street Bar & Grill location he had once dined at. He knew it was the same location and felt that fate had brought them together. 

Inglese and that restaurant owner inked a deal and shortly after, Tutti Mangia Italian Grill opened for business. Since the beginning, the menu has included upper tier cuisine and has been earning top accolades including Best Restaurant, Best Italian Restaurant and a dozen Wine Spectator Awards.

Tutti Mangia has evolved into the Inland Empire's best gourmet Italian restaurant with prime steaks and chops included on the menu.

 

Inglese has changed the way people enjoy Italian cuisine by combining classic Italian dishes with other worldwide influences. Tutti’s is a fine dining experience for locals and visitors alike where guests can expect a memorable experience. 

 

The addition of Italian-born Chef Daniele Turchetti as the head chef in 2019 brought even more Italian authenticity, bringing flavors from Northern and Southern Italy to the restaurant. Turchetti has added more fresh pastas, pizzas and delicious seafood dishes to the menu.  

 

Tutti Mangia is also renowned for its Wine and Martini bar which includes a fantastic selection of local craft beers, a wine list with over 200 selections, and cocktails developed by Tutti’s experienced mixologist. 

 

A level II sommelier is on staff to assist guests, pairing the perfect wine with their meal for an even more unforgettable dining experience.

A FAMILY OF RESTAURANTS

After opening Tutti Mangia, Inglese and Hermanson went on to open Eddie’s Italian Eatery in Claremont. This location is proud to offer Italian-American inspired cuisine and has a similar menu to that of Spaghetti Eddie’s in Glendora. 

 

The pair have made a name for themselves not only by providing excellent cuisine and service over the past 24 years at Tutti's, but by also building a family of restaurants known and loved by their community.

I have been wanting to try this place for awhile and I made a reservation for a Friday night and everything was excellent. I waited just a couple minutes for my table as I arrived early for my reservation and that was fine.  For drinks I ordered a couple of the whiskey specialty cocktails (don't remember the names) and they were perfect. For food we had the DIY Bruschetta and Fritto Misto for appetizers and both were excellent. Entree's were the Ribeye steak and the Mafaldine pasta, and they were perfect, especially the Pasta. The menu says the pasta was handmade and you could really tell that it was. Skipped desert and we were both stuffed. Our server Drew was very friendly and attentive and even offered suggestions.  Would definitely come back.

Excellent dinning experience !  Everything was perfect, waitress was superb, attentive and gives you advice on the dinners to help you achieve that 10 star dinning experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.
